Fix Spam
In the past couple of weeks AOL has been placing emails from frequent contact in the Spam box. I chatted with AOL rep yesterday and he said if they aren't added as contacts in AOL they can be spam. I never added contacts in AOL before but started yesterday. Today lots more of my contact emails were placed in spam. So now I am trying to figure out how to turn off AOL spam feature because something has clearly happened recently that placed so many good emails in the AOL spam folder.

Hi there. Please mark these emails as Not Spam so these senders' future emails go directly to the right folder. I'm sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you!

I have consistently marked Google group messages as "Not Spam" from the same senders many times and yet every new message from those google groups end up in my spam folder. It is very frustrating as these messages are often quite important to me!
