Automatically forward
Forwarding email messages from one AOL account to another AOL account automatically. I have two AOL accounts. One is used for personal, and the other I use as the Treasurer for a non profit. This service is offered by many other (FREE) providers. It is a pain to have to switch between accounts and very frustrating when the technology is available. I could care less about the updated "new Look". Give me something I can use... I'm paying for it!

I am disabled and use one aol email address exclusively for my doctors and medical correspondences . However, I never remember to check and am behind on paying my doctor bills because I keep expecting them to be forwarded to my primary aol email address. At 70 years old, this is getting ridiculous. I have been an AOL customer ever since it started, but instead of getting more "user friendly" it's frustrating and certainly not keeping up with technology if you can't figure out how to forward email between my two addresses.
