Can't receive mails from non-blocked senders... or from anyone.
Trying to recover my Facebook account, but Aol mail won't receive the confirmation code. Tried to send test mail from another account, won't receive that either. Have no filters, no blocked addresses, Facebook code IS NOT in Spam or elsewhere, my aol mail account simply doesn't receive messages. Need my Facebook account and for that need my aol mail to recover it. PLEASE RESOLVE THE ISSUE. Thanks in advance.
Sorry to hear that, here's an article with more info regarding this issue:https://help.aol.com/articles/fFix-problems-reading-or-receiving-aol-mail

This problem is getting worse - I frequently do not receive emails that were sent to me. I have no emails or domains blocked. The emails are NOT in SPAM or Junk. They are somehow entirely blocked by AOL. The sender addresses are in my Contacts. I have repeatedly called Customer Service about this problem. All basic troubleshooting done and no resolution. CS does not help further, does nothing, does not contact higher level tech support and insists that the senders must not have their sending protocol set up properly. AOL says AOL is right and that all the other companies are doing it wrong. Umm...right. Fortune 500 companies do not know how to set up email going to AOL?? Major US companies do not know how to properly send emails?? I have contacted & worked on this problem with many of the involved companies and all is well on their end. I can receive their emails just fine at my other email domains. But not AOL. Even emails that I send to myself go to SPAM. MANY legitimate & important emails go to spam. 2 days ago when I could not receive emails from 3 of my companies, I decided I am DONE WITH AOL. I am migrating over to GMAIL after being with AOL for over 25 yrs. This is absolutely ridiculous and the fact that your customer service is not willing to investigate the problem further is unacceptable. The only reason I have been paying the monthly fee for GOLD is so I can get customer service help by phone when needed. Well, that didn't work out so great, did it?
