GO BACK TO CLASSIC EMAIL
I just want classic email back. I've had it since 1995. Can't handle the change, don't mess up what already works.

What's the hold up? I wish you stop changing the email format! The new one is just horrible and dumb! Please go back to the classic format like it was before now!

Did not ask for this change, it sucks, go back to what it was, or at LEAST give us the option to use the terribly ****** new display or keep what we had. also, how do I turn off the super annoying, PTSD triggerig 2 factor authorization every time I log in? don't want it, need it and it causes harm to me. turn it off.

I want to know why, when I am scrolling down a web page, it suddenly disappears. Happens when I'm composing mail, too. Takes me quite a while to find it if I can find it at all. It happens often enough that it is very frustrating. Am I hitting a key I shouldn't? Clicking on some mysterious link?

It's been over 2 months now and the new email is still awkward and has bugs in it. You had the best email program on the internet! Go back to it!

Not having a real choice in Fonts and Sizes is beyond annoying.
Email text should be able to match signatures.
Please bring back customizable text fonts/sizes. -

Matthew Furman, I tried the link you found and provided. I cannot see it as it says my email address does not have permission to enter. The 14,000 comments are hidden.

You are correct, steelebourne
The post with close to 14,000 comments about how bad this downgrade is, has mysteriously disappeared.
AOL removed all the customizable features that made it so much better than those that came later: GMail.
Of course, without Google's ad revenue from other sources, AOL has to splash disruptive ads all over the email interface.
I don't know if AOL will be successful trying to imitate GMail. If someone wants GMail they will use GMail.
It isn't just a matter of tweaking individual problems. The previous AOL filled a niche that a GMail with ads cannot serve. -

On the right message layout after deleting an email it jumps automatically to the next email showing the preview and the system marks it as read automatically by removing the blue dot, member needs to remark the following email as unread each time she deletes a previous email.
- The website takes time to load because of the advertisements are not loaded yet

I agree entirely with all who hate the new format. In order to see an attachment to an e-mail I have to forward it to my gmail acct. (AOL 'help' was absolutely NO Help with this problem). My suggestion is to scrap your AOL acct. and start using gmail.

Hmmmmm.....I wonder what happened to that post which had almost 14,000 people saying how bad the new version is....so mysterious that it's no longer here.
AOL, were you afraid of showing how many of your poor customers are losing loyalty?
