New version makes it hard to manage emails. Can't understand why you would make it more drudge to clean out emails. The easy ability to clean out emails was the main reason why I have stayed with AOL but now slowly transitioning to gmail. Please give up option to revert!

I have not adapted to the new format. I am disgusted with it.

Lost ability to insert graphic or photo into body of email. Lost other important functions also. The new version is NOT an improvement. Please revert ot the former standard email format.

GO BACK TO CLASSIC EMAIL
I just want classic email back. I've had it since 1995. Can't handle the change, don't mess up what already works.

This new **** SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I have some PTO built up and will have some extra free time to set up a gmail account, same name just NOT with AO-****

Please fix this or I am going with provider. It is absolute hopeless trying to sort it out.

PDF attachments and some links are no longer coming through...I HATE THIS new mess and as much as I hate to leave AOL after 24 years, I've wasted enough time trying to figure out how to get back what I had....this is horrible.

I'm willing to pay for the old previous AOL Email. The version with separate windows for reading and composing...

PLEASE go back to the old email it was the BEST so just because it is new doesn't make it better. It is OLD and good would you throw out your OLD parents or just appreciate what they bring to your life.

Ever since you changed to the new email format I can't get into my emails. How can I change it back?

WHY THE CHANGE?? THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE OLD FORMAT ~ BRING IT BACK!!

It has become dangerous to me. I am unable to get my medical information because
your backdrop in not in the original format. I find this incoragiable.

You updated AOL Mail system is horse****. Who is the dumb **** that thought up this terrible idea? Keep the dark mode, but give us the option to go back to the e-mail system that we had on 4/1/2023. Your new e-mail system sucks!!!!!

I cannot read my emails any more on the web, it has a problem reading the list and just says Retry which does not work!

Betty Gerendasy agrees with Cindy Thatcher. I've had classic since 2005. Classic Mail might have benefited from some tweaking and upgrade but this new mail is more user unfriendly - changes were made that require 2 steps instead of 1, 3 instead of 2. Just accessing contacts becomes an issue...Two sets of contacts on the page - why? Two photos of me and my husband and dog in my Contact info. Why?How do you know that I want that?

This new mail has no advantages and many drawbacks. This is not progress. GO BACK!
