GO BACK TO CLASSIC EMAIL

I just want classic email back. I've had it since 1995. Can't handle the change, don't mess up what already works.

    I do not like this new email page. I want normal script and NO blaring colors!

    Why does everything have to look like a cartoon and a bubble? Change back to the classic look, or at least leave the option, the new version is horrible.

    I hate this new version. I've just tried to send an email and ended up with silly versions of the person I'm sending the email to. Stop the gimmicks, the old version looked far more professional. I've been with AOL for ages and I'm not a fan of Outlook, but unless this goes back to the old version, I don't think I'll have any choice!

    I agree that I hate this new version and the bl..dy adverts coming up at the top of my messages are so annoying.

    Please let us have the old version back.

    Changing the mailbox is terrible for me. I spent a long time with VIP help trying to be able to
    answer an email, and now I find that when I scan a bar code with my phone and email it to my
    aol on my computer so that I can print it out and post it for my team, I can't open the scan on
    my computer and therefore can't print it. In the old mail I just clicked on the email and it opened
    up and I printed it. This is really hostile to your older users, especially the ones with paid accounts. I use my account for work everyday, and I don't have time to relearn everything
    while I'm trying to get things done.

    You took a perfect product and ruined it. What did you do with SEARCH?

    Why did you make SEARCH disappear? Impossible to use efficiently. Now I have to wade through days of messages to find a message I saved the other day. Instead of improving the product, you've ruined it.

    I hate this format; & its costing me time & money. Go back to classic. The old one is user friendly for my business. This new one is awkward & I can't use it for my biz. Please Please Please

    The classic email is much easier to use, grouping of messages , saving and/or deleting.
