How can we improve AOL Mail?

GO BACK TO CLASSIC EMAIL

I just want classic email back. I've had it since 1995. Can't handle the change, don't mess up what already works.

    Give us the option to use classic email. This new version doesn't work properly. The tool bar disappears and everything is messed up, or hard to navigate. I have been with AOL since its inception and resisted quitting it when others suggested it.

    please give us option to go back to old format. I have been an original user since existence. I feel our opinion doesn't matter. Can AOL respond!!!!!!!

    GO BACK TO CLASSIC!!! HATE this new version - why do people like you feel its necessary to change what people like, use and understand and are content with? Madness and unfortunately becoming more widespread.

    AOL has been my personal email from the time I obtained my first computer in 1998. I've given feedback repeatedly that the new look is 'confusing' and strains my eyes - I'm 80YR and have had two eye surgeries. Give me the option for Classic AOL NLT June 3rd or I will find another LESS-EXPENSIVE service.

    Agree with everyone who hates the 'new' email format. Worse, I have it now and the way to fix it by reverting back to the 'classic' email appears to be gone. AOL, please put back the option to revert to the classic email or make it more visible if it actually is still there, somewhere.

    Hate the new email changes quit messing with what we know. I will change e mail servers because the new format is messing up my account setup

    You are making my life miserable. The new mail format is not at all convenient.If you want to keep it, I demand a choice to opt out. I use AOL mail as my primary account because I do not like the features on G-mail, but I am now considering changing to G-mail.

    I have been using the basic since this change was made... VERY ANGRY...
    After 3 days,I decided to try the new version for about an hour & IT'S THE WORST !!!!
    I'm back on the basic & IT'S TIME TO FIX THIS !! CLASSIC NOW !!
