GO BACK TO CLASSIC EMAIL

I just want classic email back. I've had it since 1995. Can't handle the change, don't mess up what already works.

    Agree with everyone who hates the 'new' email format. Worse, I have it now and the way to fix it by reverting back to the 'classic' email appears to be gone. AOL, please put back the option to revert to the classic email or make it more visible if it actually is still there, somewhere.

    Hate the new email changes quit messing with what we know. I will change e mail servers because the new format is messing up my account setup

    You are making my life miserable. The new mail format is not at all convenient.If you want to keep it, I demand a choice to opt out. I use AOL mail as my primary account because I do not like the features on G-mail, but I am now considering changing to G-mail.

    I have been using the basic since this change was made... VERY ANGRY...
    After 3 days,I decided to try the new version for about an hour & IT'S THE WORST !!!!
    I'm back on the basic & IT'S TIME TO FIX THIS !! CLASSIC NOW !!

    Your new mail is horrible. It just changes without even asking. I want classic mail back. Not happy with new format

    I have ignored prompts to change to the new format, but months later you changed it anyway. Let's go back please. And, it appears, to change back I have to sign in, which I already was to get to this point. But signing in again requires giving consent to User Voice,(whatever that is) to access my profile. So, why did I have to accept User Voice to change back?

    Nothing to add to the comments made by other frustrated users.
    If programmers have the time to make changes that frustrate customers, there are too many employed.

    Agree. This new format looks so messy and distracting! Between the blue dots and stars, ugh-too much to look at! I want the old format back!

    i want classic email back!!! I have had it for a very long time and I love it. Don't make changes that haven't been requested...................

    You need to add a search box and where is my in-box. I sent a spam note to my in-box ,but can't find it so I see note again. How about some answers to these folks that have comments.

    Hate this new format/fonts/themes! I want new email pop up window back, don't care about photo search! I haven't had a YAHOO email in years, so why is ALO going to that format! ALSO, it does not sink up with the AOL APP. So I have to double read/move/delete all my emails, such a waste of time! PLEASE GO BACK!!!
