GO BACK TO CLASSIC EMAIL
I just want classic email back. I've had it since 1995. Can't handle the change, don't mess up what already works.

The new mail version sucks. I want the classic version back. Pay attention to the demographics of your customer base. Your customers do not want you to fix what is not broken with new and different features they must now get acquainted with and learn. This is too frustrating and time consuming.

I have been with AOL since 1996 but this will be the straw that broke my back. Some "genius" wanted to get promoted and needed a way to do it so we all are being tortured with this pathetic, Google styled mail system. Well, AOL, the joke has been on you for years and I have put up with it....now, we are done. The clock is ticking. Go back to what we all loved you for, simplicity, or I will find an email that people don't laugh at everytime I give them my email. P.S. genius who got promoted, take a page from Bud Light and know some things are better left alone.

I've had AOL since around 1995. It now is unfamiliar to me and hard to navigate. Those of us who are older, and used to our ways, should not have to endure everything being changed.

Why are you changing everything when I did not need a change? Whoever had this horrendous idea needs to lose their job. It is not making my life easier, but more complicated. I have seen nothing but negative feedback here. Please go back to the other format.

Agreed. I didn't even sign up for this new format - it just started appearing in one of the emails I was trying to open. Now I am stupidly lost -- and I am a 12-year IBM employee, not an inexperienced computer user.

This is really uncalled for. I want e-mail to work and the e-mail program to be easy to navigate. Introducing changes like this inserts a learning curve that slows me down. And there's nothing new here that is a plus. There is a maxim that applies here: When it is not necessary to change, it is necessary not to change. AOL should save its changes for when there has been a real advance in the technology that requires a change. If you allow us to return to the previous format, I will. If you don't, I'll consider going full weight with Gmail.

Give us the option to revert to the old system!! Seniors would not still be with AO, if they could handle new formats easily. Obviously someone in product development doesn't know AOL's customer base. This was a waste of time and improves nothing for us.
