GO BACK TO CLASSIC EMAIL
I just want classic email back. I've had it since 1995. Can't handle the change, don't mess up what already works.

I know it takes time to absorb and get used to a change. But as a person who worked for decades as a web usability designer, the layout is simply not user friendly. The most needed options are further apart and the icons don't always make sense. Having just the trash option pop up most prominently when clickin on an email is frustrating. The sizing (I work with multiple monitors) is aggravating and doesn't play as well as the former design. I hope this wasn't a change-for-change sake decision because those are the ones that inevitably make users frustrated. The folks at DropBox darned near lost their business over doing that not too long back and have slowly returned many of the features they deemed "uninmportant. Sometimes underlying technology demands some changes - and that's just the way things go. But I would strongly suggest that you get some real-life users on your side who can do some true usability testing and give you some good feedback. Thanks for the opportunity to comment.

I hate the new email format. It is like Google and you keep changing my email to it. I keep changing it back. Your old email format is great. Easy. Intuitive, and the fonts are more managable. On your new format it is either too small or too big. Don't think you need to change it!

AOL users are generally people (older adults) that have been with you for a long time. I have had my account for almost 25 years. I have had Yahoo, probably still do if I could remember my password, Gmail, Outlook accounts. AOL has been my mainstay, however, I will utilize another format as I DO NOT LIKE what has been imposed upon us without our input!

Go back to Classic E-mail. I have had it since 1987. The old version worked well. The new is so slow and cumbersome. Almost un-usable. Give long-timers the option to return to what was loved and operational!

Yes!! We should have the option. I LOVE the classic mail better myself. My son changed it for me a few times and now he can't change it back. I want the classic mail also!! Again...the option should be there!!

I agree! The old "Classic Mail" format was much easier to use and to read. We used to be able to choose between the two. Please give us that choice again!
