Stop screwing up working versions just for the sake of change
You don't need to keep adding new things, because you keep screwing up old things in the process. The email used to work reliably; now random parts of a conversation go to spam, and the search function fails to find half of the things that include the search term. YOUR AI DOES NOT WORK RIGHT so stop forcing it on us until you get it right.

I agree. I rather the original version and there's no way to opt for it.

The time to load screens with folder mails is minutes rather than seconds. Contact liists take forever to edit. Everything is incredibly slow! Nothing else on my computer changed, so this seems to be exclusively an AOL problem.

It's finally happened, even the saved links don't work anymore!! So now they just revert to the new version which uses an "f" (fitting cuz it's a major FAIL) 😩
https://mail.aol.com/b/folders/folders=6&sortOrder=date_asc?folderType=BULK&offset=0
The "b" was for BASIC! The best version!!
https://mail.aol.com/f/folders/6?order=senderAsc
Can't link no more! No sorting anything, no pages, no seeing the inbox properly, just endless scrolling.. 🙏
SHOULD BE across 3 columns:
Sender Name On Top
emailaddyATbelow.comBig Long Subject Title Up Here
Message Preview Underneathrelative time ago on top, exact under it!!
YYYY Mth 00 @ hh:mm:ss AM/PM EST
^ if a previous yr; recent? then use "Day,"EXAMPLE:
(04hrs ago)
Sun, Oct 11 @ 08:24:32 PM ESTSHOULD BE ABLE TO:
Sort by every single factor! Sort by sender name, by sender email, by subject, by date, FILTER BY SPECIFIC DATES & TIME SPANS TOO, this shd be EASY!!
Why they reducing options instead??
Bring back my full ~accessibility!!! ♿️

The app fixes have made it better but it’s still not what it was. Loading is slower and takes longer to pull in new mail. Many times I have to close out the mail, app and restart it to get it to load. Also the badge number on the app remains even after new mail is cleared. Restarting the app doesn’t always clear the badge. I use iPhone.

I do not like the new AOL at all. I cannot use in connection with my Andriod and that is a must for me. As a writer, I may have to research other options, and I regret that as I've been a happy user of AOL for many years.

When viewing incoming emails, the most recent is always listed at the very bottom of the email trail if it is continued correspondence. It would be extremely helpful if the most recent correspondence is listed at the TOP so that when you open a new email you see the actual NEW correspondence as opposed to having to search for it! Current format creates great distress with business type emails!
