Without being able to sort by sender, I am no longer interested in having AOL
WHen you are cleaning out your inbox, sorting by sender is the easiest way to mass delete when you get a ton of emails. Taking this away, means you most likely lost my business.

COMPLETELY FRUSTRATED. NO SORTING BY SENDER means you are wasting my time when I go to delete old mail. I either need to look through a 2000 emails or know who sent it or when they sent it. Many businesses have MULTIPLE names sending emails. MOST of which I do not know.
