Please go back to Classic email. Why do you mess with what is already good? I do not have the time or interest for you to experiment on.

Stop using this format. Take a step back and fix your mistakes.

    Why did you make it so tiny? Even with enlarged font, it's a lot smaller then before and difficult to read. Plus it's very hard to see the emails I want to read at a glance. At least give us the option to use the old format if we want.

    Changes for improvement are OK (but you should first get feedback from your PAYING CUSTONERS), but change just for the sake of change? Idiocy.

    If it ain't broke, don't fix it!!!!

    I agree with the majority, don't fix it without asking US if it's broken and needs fixed. JUST BECAUSE YOU THINK IT'S BETTER AND WE'LL LIKE IT DOESN'T MEAN YOU ARE CORRECT!!!

    Why the **** did you even think this new version of AOL was any good. All of you need to get a grip on reality before screwing up AOL clients with your warped ideas. I want my previous version back NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    This is a mess. I now have to sign in and sign in again, why do you eff with what was working? I am older and really ****** at how you ***** things up and change them when they were working just fine. May just sign off an do without all of this nonsense. Made it way too complicated.

    I could at least see the writing on the plain screen. It is terribly difficult to see the microprinting. Bold print mixed with regular print is confusing. What you put in bold print may not mean anything to everyone. Just put it back like it was and let each individual make up their own mind.

    AOL has a serious issue with scammers. I receive tons of spam messages each day from newsletter@domain... They have done zero, zip, nada to stop them. Essentially AOL does NOT CARE!

    I don't know of this is the best comment area to register two suggestions - any way here they are.
    1) Fraudulent ads. This evening I responded to an ad for CBD gummies developed by EIon Musk. In attempting to order the smallest quantity of gummies, a response came back that my card was not accepted, please enter another card generating another response that the card was not accepted. Within a very short time attempts were made to withdraw over $200 from each account. You'd need a protocol in place to ID these attempts at fraud as well to prevent the perps from ever advertising their scams on your site again and even better to set up a collaborative to drive the crooks from using the web to carry out their crimes--a couple of years in jail for the first offence. AI should be able to generate the software to block offshore crooks from their ability from accessing the US web markets.

    They insist being just like every other email service, Gmail, Yahoo and etc. AOL was the best, not now!
