Allow filters to reroute emails to "NEW EMAIL"
Please allow filters to reroute emails to "NEW EMAIL" which are getting auto delivered to SPAM!!
Hi there. The more often you mark these emails as Not Spam, the more you train your personal mail filter to recognize them as wanted emails. Additionally, make sure these senders are added to your Contacts. If you need additional assistance, please contact us on Twitter at @AOLSupportHelp or on Facebook at our AOL Customer Care page. If you do not have a social media account, we are available at help.aol.com.
Thank you,
AOL team

Since the original "Spam emails continuously being moved into Spam Folder for 2+ months.." I am posting my feedback.
IT'S STILL HAPPENING!!!!!!!! Emails that are in MY INBOX are being moved into SPAM. These are accounts I have had for years and they are VALID. STOP THIS NOW. Important emails are being moved.
All of this started with the "NEW" AOL email and it is so bad.

In Canada, there is an online “buy & sell” website service called Kijiji
Any email send from Kijiji’s website will have @rts.kijiji.ca as its domain-name and is considered safe.
For some reason, every email I receive with @rts.kijiji.ca end up in my spam folder.
This continuous to happen even after I place a checkmark by the messages (that end with @rts.kijiji.ca) and click on “Not Spam”.
There should be a way to list (or add) safe domain-names, so that any email with that domain-name (no mater what the username is) automatically goes to the inbox.

The new settings are having many of my emails landing in my spam folder. This is among other things I don't like about what you have done with your new system. Give me back the old one.

New format horrible, some emails in my contact list end up in spam, Everytime I send, a full screen ad pops up. I don’t trust security and I shouldn’t have to pay a monthly fee for something I don’t trust. The constant rolling ads are distracting. Even reverting back to basic mail there are many things wrong that didn’t exist in the previous version.

How about actually putting emails from addresses in our contact lists IN OUR INBOX NOT IN SPAM?!!! How about ACTIONING OUR FEEDBACK when we click on "Not Spam"? How about FIXING this instead of pointing us to patronising articles which assume that a) we are stupid and b) the fault is ours when in fact it is YOURS

As Treasurer of a local nonprofit, I receive an email whenever a payment is received or refunded. In the last two days there were three refunds but I only received one notification. The processor told me that all three were sent. I suspect that your spam filter disposed of the other two without sending them to my spam folder. I really resent you making that decision for me. I am perfectly capable of deleting unwanted spam. I don't need your help. Please pass all messages through like you used to do.
