Customer Service with new AOL Mail
As a company, we have expressed how unhappy we are with this new version you have forced us to use many times, both on this dashboard and over the phone. I can no longer find the feedback thread that had over 12k in complaints. It seems to have magically disappeared. However, you can still see page after page of people dissatisfied with this new version. Why not take your customer's concerns and complaints seriously? Poor customer service is an understatement. This new version isn't about it being new/unfamiliar or not user friendly (although that is still very much a thing). It is about the features you have done away with that made using AOL mail convenient. Some of the "improvements" are just the opposite. Go back to the old version. It wasn't broken and certainly didn't need this type of "fixing." Sorry-not sorry.
