Lost Contact List
I have been and aol member for years. When they changed to the new format I started to miss things, mainly contacts. I'm a teacher and own a small business. It is imparative that I construct lists of names for various things that I do. They have lost many of my contacts and even though the gentleman did his best, the suggestion was to find the letter I sent everyone FROM THE LIST. and make a NEW contact list. What a novel idea. :( How is it the an organization a large as AOL doesn't hold themselves responsible for this? I will be using another provider and it will take me days to gather all of my messages, folders, emails etc. I so didn't need this. Get out while you can!!!!!!!
