How can we improve AOL Mail?

font size incoming mail

I notice that my incoming mail is in smaller font size than it used to be.
I know I can change the font size in writing/composing email, but how can I change it for easier reading for the incoming mail without having to forward to myself in order to change it? Then it doesn't immediately show who it's actually from (it will say it's from me)

Hi there. To increase the font for your incoming emails, you can have the option turned on to ''Enable large text size'' when you go to Settings. Additionally, you can  use the keyboard by pressing and holding CTRL then adjust the font with the ''+'' and ''-'' keys.

    Nothing worked. For some reason the font on my email - WHILE WORKING ON THE COMPUTER - changed from normal to microscopic. I can hardly read what's in my inbox . . . and I find no ZOOM feature anywhere. Just help us out by directing us to fixes that actually WORK.

    PLEASE ALLOW ME TO INCREASE THE SIZE PRINT IN INCOMIMNG EMAILS TO AT LEAST 14 PT.

    The font size on the emails are WAY too small for old people to read. I'm guessing that most of your subscribers are older people.

    AOL "help" page provided 5 steps to remedy this.
    #2- my AOL email has no "Compose" tab, only a "Writing Email" tab.
    #5- after making font choice changes, there is no "Save Settings" tab to select.

    I can barely read the email in my in box. I can increase the font to send but in box is so tiny I can hardly see it. No way to change. Awful! Lousy. I HATE AOL!

    I enabled "large text size: but it's still too small.
    Your so-called "large text size" is a joke.

    I can no longer see the emails listed in my inbox because YOU changed the font! I have it set for LARGE but it is NOT large and nothing allows me to change it back. This is viciously cruel and renders the inbox useless. CHANGE IT BACK!

    ce n'est pas une idée mais un appel au secours - les charactères de mes messages sont devenus trop petits alors que je consultais les spams, la barre n'est plus accessible pour induquer 'pas un spam ou non lus' la touche paramètre ne permets pas d'agrandir alors qu'elle est active QUE FAIRE - URGENT

    There does not seem to be method of saving the changes in "settings", and particularly, of the size of the font in which the message has been written. Inexplicably, the size of the font, as the "standard", has changed to 10 - which is far too small. Would you please ensure that there is a method of saving the change to size 14 (or even 12).

    And perhaps you would respond to this.

    BTW, I tried increasing the size of the font with the Control Panel of Windows. No success. Under AOL Settings, it says the font size is on large. I'm out of ideas.

    I used to be able to read my emails with no trouble. However, since you "improved" AOL email, all my incoming emails (not ads or junk) are this font that I'm typing in now (it must be about a size 8 or less fond). I am 80 years old and it's almost impossible to read!! Please help me fix this!!!

    Instructions in "setting" does not allow for larger font when viewing email in Microsoft Edge.

    please show me how to increase the darkness and size of the font on aolmail. It is hard to read. I have asked more than once.
