please sort out the blocking function, I've blocked over 1000 in one month i now cant clock any more and they keep on coming , in all the years Ive used AOL mail , it has never been this bad most come from news@, info@ etc its getting out of control and a lot of them have very graphic descriptors, i wonder if the UK government would be impressed if we decided to report AOL to them especially as the under 16's can be receiving this filth (online safety act) sort it out AOL or should i now say Bending Spoons

After blocking 1,000 unsolicited SPAM emails over the course of a year, there are increasing numbers of additional SPAM -- some EXTREMELY graphic *********** that is incredibly offensive -- that I must manually delete every day because your block feature currently tops at 1,000. PLEASE INCREASE THE CURRENT LIMIT BY 10 AT A MINIMUM.

AOL only allows 500 senders to be blocked(not that it does much anyway), that's only 2-3 months worth of senders. So if you reach this limit the only way to protect yourself is by unblocking harmful senders you have previously blocked. Try filters? Not only do the filters not work in any capacity, I cannot use that option now as it's " currently unavailable". If AOL places limits on my safety how can I protect myself? It seems like AOL wants something to happen to its users accounts. How many people have to complain and address this for the right people to do something about it? Scam and phishing attempts have increased why not our protections? AOL is becoming a disappointing joke. Listen to your users and protect us, DO BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

How can you improve AOL Mail? First, lift the 1,000 for spam email! That would be a great start! I just received the most vulgar spam email. I know to view the raw message and find the IP number. After spending some time on google doing research, I learned that the carrier is Hetzner in Germany. I reported the abuse online to them and I also send an email to Hetzner and received an automated reply.

I receive 70-80 spam emails every single day, many from the same spammers, offering sexual cures, political inclusion for a fee, all kinds of solutions for health ailments, etc, none of which I want.
If I am deleting these same SOBs daily, I would hope that AOL, which I have had since the early computer days, will help me (PS: Eliminating spam might make it easier to find items which we really want or need). What do you say, AOL? Want to help and improve your marketability in the process? -
