How do I opt.out of ads

I cannot believe that the AOL's corporate executives condone what has happened to this platform, and are seemingly completely incapable of finding a solution. How difficult can it be to develop a message blocking (NOT put into a SPAM folder ... but block entirely), any posts that contain subject headings or content containing words or phrases deemed unacceptable by an AOL user? AOL is completely out of touch with their customers' anger and frustration over the relentless barrage of pornographic, sexually offensive, and financially destructive scams which have become the mainstay of the site's daily email. WE NEED AN EMAIL BLOCKER BASED ON KEYWORDS AD PHRASES - NOT ADDRESSES AND DOMAINS WHICH CHANGE BY THE SECOND! SHAME ON AOL FOR ABANDONING ITS USERS IN A SEA OF THE LOWEST GARBAGE CONTENT ON THE INTERNET.

Please give us a way of checking whether any scammers have autoforwarded our emails. A friend uses btinternet email and he is able to easily check to see if his emails are being autoforwarded by and to scammers. Please will email give us the same facility.

I am getting hammered with a lot of email addresses that are spam/scam/phishing. I am running out of room. This AOL mail has a 500 maximum capacity. Anyway of giving me another 1500?

Marking messages as spam doesn't seem to have any impact in what you allow to reach my inbox.

I agree. AOL Mail does not care about their users requirements, wants and wishes. They want this type of trash to get through their system...

As much as I agree with this, many of the emails in my spam folder are from "Trusted senders." I don't know how they came up with that designation or that program, but it is a farce. All it does is generate more spam.

I agree, It seems like AOL Mail does not want or care to provide this feature. It must be a very difficult problem for their programmers to accomplish or they would do it. Or, they're in cahoots with the spammers, which is what I think...

I agree! AOL allows random characters@domain.com on way too many email messages. They can't ascertain that these are spam? Absurd!

I want to block more than 1000 email address. There are so many more that need to be blocked!!!!

I agree! AOL delivers more spam than any other email service. In my opinion they are no different then ads. They probably get payment from them. My 'Blocked addresses' folder has over 200 "newsletter@anydomain'! That's absurd!
