Preview pane
Is there in option to turn off the preview pane? If not please provide an option.

Hi. You can turn off the preview page, by going to Settings and there you can select ''List'' from the ''Message layout'' category.

Repost from a previous complaint. preview is very important to functionality. Users are being greatly inconvenienced by being forced to download attachments before being able to view them. It is time consuming to have to download an attachment, create a file to hold it in, and then open it. That is simply too many steps to go through view an attachment. Previously, a user could simply click on an attachment and preview it. The current method is too time consuming and makes that AOL mail feature inferior to the previous "click and view" method. PLEASE! Change it back to "click and see preview.." That will be much more appealing to your customers. Thank you!

The new layout is TERRIBLE! I don't need headers like TODAY, YESTERDAY, LAST WEEK. They are annoying and unnecessary. I can read the dates of emails. And why can we not keep mail open to full page. Why should we need to close the right pane EVERY SINGLE TIME we click on a new email or start to compose one?? Why can't we set it to NOT take up half the screen with contact information when reading mail?? The layout is HORRIBLE!! AND we should be able to get rid of the stupid initials on the contact info. They are stupid, unnecessary and often incorrect based on how one records their contacts. I HATE THIS VERSION AND AM GOING TO SWITCH EMAIL PROVIDERS.
