Hi there. If you wish to search your emails or the web, you should click on the Search bar above your emails, beside the AOL Mail logo. Just make sure to select Mail or Web. If you wish to search by sender, hover over an email in your inbox and you should see the magnifying glass icon to click.

When I enter a search term, that's what I want, not something close. For example, if I enter John Smith I do not also want James Smith to be listed. I want only John Smith.
