How can we improve AOL Mail?

New system is inefficient, I am NOT getting my messages. The NEW system does not allow for saving a specific email. Font is NOT changeable

i cannot change font size in particular email. I do NOT get all messgages sent to me. Messages deleted STILL APPEAR.

NEW SYSTEM IS A STEP BACKWARD. WHAT MORON OKAYED THIS CHANGE? Bad more.
