Tighten junk/spam settings.
Ever since AOL switched to the new format, I have been inundated junk/spam mail. My settings are up-to-date & current, so WHY is this happening?

Not happy about the spam I've been getting in my inbox instead of spam box. This just started last week and I'm TIRED of it. What can I do??

Your filtering of spam/junk is pathetic. Even sources in the know of such news say the same. Yahoo users bombard my email daily yet your algorithms seem totally helpless to stop the stampede. I am very upset about your poor quality response to this problem.
