Place all buttons at the bottom of the screen at the top along with move, delete and spam
Placing the send, attach and spelling buttons at the top along with the move, delete and spam is far more sensible from an ergonomic perspective.....less awkward!

Changes to the new platform seem to take forever and wondering if you thought about using focus groups/alpha/beta testing prior to spraining the changes without notice???
