preview attachments
Users are being greatly inconvenienced by being forced to download attachments before being able to view them. It is time consuming to have to download an attachment, create a file to hold it in, and then open it. That is simply too many steps to go through view an attachment. Previously, a user could simply click on an attachment and preview it. The current method is too time consuming and makes that AOL mail feature inferior to the previous "click and view" method. PLEASE! Change it back to "click and see preview.." That will be much more appealing to your customers. Thank you!

The user experience for for emails that contain an attachment currently requires you to download without previewing the pdf in the browser. This is not only a bad user experience it forces user to be at a higher risk for bad or malicious files as they cannot see what it is or the information contained on it prior to download.
Please allow the ability to preview any attachment in the browser prior to forcing the user to download the pdf or attachment. This seems to be a standard feature across just about any other email service provider. But this would be great if we could do it. Should be too hard to _blank or something right? or a simple on/off feature under privacy and settings to force download or view.
