I had an awful experience when my phone was lost at the weekend, and I tried to login to my account on a friend's phone to find some contact numbers of people from their email. I was asked for a code which was sent to my secondary AOL EMAIL Account, only that when I tried to find that code I was asked to insert the code for THAT EMAIL ADDRESS to my MAIN EMAIL ADDRESS!!! This is quite ridiculous. It seems if you do not have your phone and your secondary email address is also with AOL, you are locked out!!! Who though of this process? One does not need added STRESS to an already difficult situation.
