Fix the same e-mail from repeately being moved to spam when it is repeately marked as not spam
Receive one e-mail from a specific address. Saw where it ended up in my spam folder. Marked it as NOT SPAM. The next time I logged in it was AGAIN in the spam folder. I marked it AGAIN as NOT SPAM. Again it displayed in my spam folder now 3 times. I had over a 30 minuted conversation w a customer technician and all I received as a cause was a "check this" and a "check that" recommendation; even when the technician began a chat with a more senior technician. Bottom Line: 30 minutes out of my life and no real assistance in investigating the issue solving it from the paid AOL support.
