I am really ****** off at your new policy of 'paying' to remove ads on the aol mail page after suddenly flooding that ad space with offensive ads: suggestive, leering women looking out at me! This is really chutzpah and I am seriously considering leaving aol after being with you for over 40 years! Please discontinue this offensive ads immediately. A.Cohen

Please stop ads that flash to different pictures. It is very distracting and time consuming to keep xing them out. I never read them because they are so annoying

Whoever is managing AOL has totally ruined it. The new format is horrible. In addition, there are more and more ads and the same ads are repeated over and over again. These ads cause delays in being able to access my email. We PAY for this email server. Why should we have to pay an additional fee for being ad free??? This shows little concern for your customers. I am making it a point not to use any of the businesses whose ads I am tortured with. In addition, when I call tech support, the calls are typically ended by the tech support person trying to sell me some type of additional service. I am tired of this attempt to squeeze every penny out of our customers. Give us the old format with NO ads without additional fees.
