Signing in from an "unknown" device
I have one desktop computer and one land line telephone. When travelling and using, for example, a hotel computer there is no way to accomplish two-factor authorization. My only telephone is back home and if I set up an AOL recovery email I would have the same 2FA problem with the "unknown" device. What is the solution to this?
Hi there. Since you have a landline added to your 2 step verification, this can create difficulty in signing in from a different location. I recommend setting up 2 step verification with an authenticator app or add your mobile number if you have one.
