Blocked email address at AOL Help site
Dear AOL
IT IS ALL ABOUT AOL EMAIL: DRCLEMENTAKATENG@AOL.COM, which you have unfairly and unjustly blocked
Up to date I do not see why you have not resolved your block on my usage for Help on AOL This information in red still exists on my AOL help page which I have complained by phone and written to you about and you have done nothing to resolve the issue. Here is the information:
Support for access issues is not available for the AOL username you entered. To report abuse, spam, or a compromised AOL account, please choose our abuse form.
I have been on both Twitter X and Facebook and have not seen a single AOL problem m mentioned to be solved. All that I have read on their pages are completely irrelevant to AOL. You have simply neglected your responsibility to your customers and that is regrettable and irresponsible. Just as one customer said whom I have voted for, not everyone uses social media: Twitter (X) or Facebook. Why can't you solve Customers' problems on your site?
I have today found out that your Recently deleted functionality (Thrush can) is not working after I accidentally deleted some emails. I went through all the recommended instructions from the Gear settings to More settings and there is no suggestion as to how to retrieve recently deleted emails. Can you get your developers to go through all these functionalities on the AOL Page to ensure that they work or update them?
Regards.
DR CLEMENT AKATENG MD

There are emails in my Contact List that I cannot delete. This is worrisome as most others I recognize can be deleted. I can't modify them and try to delete either. One particular one with a very long acronym is particularly worrisome, as our other accounts were previously hacked by someone accessing my partner's email address on aol.com
