After a year trying to use this new AOL format I am still having major problems.
I find it very distressing trying to compose emails and having the screen jump or email addresses popping up when I am composing text and often text gets erased; also searching for email addresses or searching for emails that are already stored is an extremely slow process. The whole system is very slow and it takes me forever to do my work.. I am very saddened that the administration of this company has not dealt with these issues. I have been using AOL for over 40 years and I have NEVER had so much trouble and no one in tech is able to help me. Even though I have requested higher ups in the company to get back to me - no one has. I am appalled at this customer service and if I did not have so much info already stored in AOL I would have jumped ship long ago. I am very saddened about this situation and would NEVER recommend anyone to use AOL. I am surprised that you have not supported your customers better.
