post a generic notice when your email is down so we dont waste 4 hours trying to access emails
You could post a generic notice over social media that says, STOP TRYING TO ACCESS YOUR EMAILS, its buggered, we are on it......Then at least users wont waste hours trying to access their emails, and if it happens again we have the option to choose a new provider, like I am going to ( gmail )
