Contact list will not accept new items. Could only add one person then it quit working

Contact lists. I can never find groups in my contact lists, only individuals. Please make it easier to find them.

Favorite starred Emails are going to spam and even when I save them to my contact list. The next time I look, they have been deleted from my contact list. WHY is this happening?

Contact list is not showing on the screen even it was on the old contact list, added a new contact and skill not showing as suggested list. already do a Troubleshooting by AOL Tech support Team.
