Reinstate shortcut 'x' for close window
My suggestions for Aol:
Reinstate shortcut 'x' to close an email (if only to extend the 'mouse-free experience' while navigating).
Allow images (esp. jpegs) to be attached again, rather than just inserted into the body of an email. It's a nuisance having to Zip them every time to make that happen.
Also, it was much better when the attachments were always visible at the head, rather than having to go to the very foot of an email to check them, or to even see if there is one. I sent plenty of "there was no attachment" replies before realising that was the case.
Other than those suggestions, I have (begrugingly) come to terms with the new—but not neccesarilly improved—Aol.
