where are all my old saved emails?
WHere when did I loose all my old saved emails? Why didn't you warn me. How can I get them back??

Currently, if a user doesn't log in to their account for 12 months (i.e., if an account is unused or dormant for 12 months), it is deactivated. Once this happens, emails that were in the mailbox at the time of deactivation can no longer be recovered. We apologize for the inconvenience.

I can't understand how or why my account A, went dormant, B, you scrubbed all my saved emails?
Granted, there was probably thousands or SPAM emails, but my most important data is now lost???
