One of my contacts keeps going to spam even though I keep marking it as not spam. Need a way to prevent this!

One of my contacts keeps going to spam even though I keep marking it as not spam. Need a way to prevent this! What about a safe sender list?

Once you mark a message as "Not Spam", our filters will no longer place messages from that sender in your Spam folder.  Is it possible you are using a 3rd party app?
