One of my contacts keeps going to spam even though I keep marking it as not spam. Need a way to prevent this! What about a safe sender list?
Once you mark a message as "Not Spam", our filters will no longer place messages from that sender in your Spam folder. Is it possible you are using a 3rd party app?

That is not working for me. I keep marking messages from chelsea.osbon@fsresidential.com as NOT SPAM and I even put that email address into my contacts list. But you keep treating them as spam.
I used to get around this by creating a filter, but you no longer allow me to define a filter than sends messages to my inbox. I don't want to use separate folders. I have my AOL mail delivered to my Thunderbird client on my computer and it can see only the inbox.
