Customer Service Tech is non existant unless you pay...
I just called for technical support and after what I thought was a great conversation with this customer service representative, she then proceeded to tell me the only way she could help me was with getting a paid service. I cant believe that. Im having a problem that is on AOL and I have to pay to have it rectified?! I've been using AOL for 20+ years and I've been adamant about staying with them but now I'll be leaving. This is a shame.
