E-mail incompatibility with Microsoft
My husband uses Outlook and cannot change it, company rules. I have been using AOL for more than 45 years. As of 3 days ago I have not been able to receive email from my husband and that mail is critical to my business. your tech help and read then what Outlook says as to why mail did not go through. I was talking to the wall! I pay a premium with AOL, need help, dont get it????

There is an authentication error on your senders end, we recommend authenticating using DKIM. I have the same experience. I've been using AOL Mail with Outlook for many years, and it stopped working earlier this month.

AOL email server not working in Outlook. Spent an hour-and-a-half with Microsoft tech support June 16, 2024. They could not fix it.
There is no way to contact AOL for non-premium users. I have had my AOL email account for 25 years, It has always been my primary email account. Now it doesn't work with Outlook.
Maybe AOL could allow free email support or Chat for long time users! Doing that, AOL could show they care, even a little.

It is hard to understand most of the tech help, (accents) AOL cannot access my computer, Microsoft will not allow it. My "notifications" continue to say my mail settings are out of date, AOL tech support is deaf to my requests to fix it?
