How can we improve AOL Mail?

stop erasing additions to draft, mistaking as already sent

try adding to email draft, but system erases, notes already sent. NOT sent. Suspect system mistakes reference recent other emails to same destination, same topic. Need fix problem with AOL email system.

    AOL COMPLETELY ERASED ONE OF MY DRAFTS...A FULL PAGE OF IMPORTANT DATES AND OCCASSIONS!!! AND LEFT JUST A BLANK WHITE PAGE!!! WHAT THE dUCK????

    When try get help from AOL, phone staff said no help unless pay. I won't pay, AOL needs fix problem with AOL email.
