valid emails went to spam folder!
ANGRY, FRUSTRATED, OUTRAGED.. for three weeks, a friend and I have been unable to send or receive each other's emails. They would be "sent" but would not arrive. We have been contacts since AOL began. We finally "found" all the missing emails in SPAM. Reason? According to AOL, we each "had marked this email as spam". WE DID NOT EVER MARK EACH OTHER'S EMAILS AS SPAM! This resulted in many important missed communications. WHY DID YOU DO THIS? We have pressed the field for NOT SPAM but the emails remain in SPAM. This is infuriating and unacceptable.
Any chance you have a third party app (e.g. something on your phone) connected to your account? Hopefully this help article is useful to you.
