The new email format is AWFUL. It doesn't leave enough space to respond to emails. You have to go way down the page to answer and It's hard to find the area where you can send a reply. Whoever designed this new format did a disservice to AOL users. If it's weren't such a hassle to change to another server I'd leave AOL. Its email is terrible. I don't know why you even changed it in the 1st place. It is very user unfriendly.

The other things is that there's a dancing globe w/the question, do you want more space? What is that about? There's no way to respond to this. It is so STUPID!
