Authenticator App setup does not work
When trying to enable 2-factor authentication and choosing the Authenticator App choice, it will not take the code.
I have tried with multiple accounts and my IT guy has tried multiple authenticator apps -- all display the same number but none work.
The error that comes up is "something went wrong, try again", then subsequent attempts say the code was not correct.
I spoke with various agents on the phone and none were able to help, they all said to use the feedback feature - so that's what I'm doing.
Please check the authenticator app setup on the back end!
