having problems with retrieving my e-mail. unable to open New Mail. I click on New Mail and the screen just turns blank, even though the New Mail icon shows that there are a number of e-mails waiting to be opened. thank you for your attention. hope this problem is cleared up soon.

thank God I have retired so there is nothing pressing in my e-mail. i guess i will just have to change my e-mail address/provider.
