How can we improve AOL Mail?

please fix it so that your HELP numbers recognize my 910-575-5475. As of now, they don't. So, if I need to call for HELP, I can't get throug

I can't calll ANY of your HELP lines because the recording says they do NOT recognize my home phone number 910-575-5475.
