Please go back to Classic email. Why do you mess with what is already good? I do not have the time or interest for you to experiment on.

Stop using this format. Take a step back and fix your mistakes.

    PLEASE go back to the way it was.I have NO Spellcheck, My Quick Contact List is gone, and so is my Mail Themes.

    I want the content of the email on the left as the first thing I see, not the sender. There is no option to change this. I hate all the new, silly ideas. Why don't you leave a good thing alone?

    AOL users have stayed loyal to a company that no one under age 60 uses and that doesn't have a positive reputation. As younger people say, "only old people still use AOL" I'm skilled with using it and have remained a loyal customer since AOL began. Since you know AOL does not attract younger to middle-aged users, why are you making changes that are requiring your supporters to have to spend time trying to figure out how the features work and create stress for them?

    I have a free gmail account but don't use it much because I am skilled with how to do everything with AOL and don't want to have to put in the time trying to figure out the logistics of how to do the same with gmail. I am involved with several organizations and have many business emails handle. I am very unhappy with my first experience using your new version today. I can't even scroll down to see all the emails. Who thought it would be good to put arrows at the bottom to try to get beyond the first page?

    Did AOL do this because they think they will attract younger users? If so, this isn't going to happen. If you had a focus group of young to middle aged people, they would tell you this. Only a handful of people I know still use AOL. Plus I am paying $16 a month for AOL when gmail is free.

    Listen to your loyal users and bring back the basic/classic versions.
    AOL should be listening to the concerns of what their loyal, long-time users want and need.

    GO BACK TO THE ORIGINAL AND ADD FEATURES TO THAT , DONT CHANGE TO THIS. THE NEWS POLITICS AND SPORTS IS MUCH HARDER TO READ AS WELL AND I DONT AS MUCH.

    There are no words to express how disappointed I am in the format. It is almost impossible to send an email.. Too many things wrong to list. IPLEASE REVERT TO THE OLD VERSION

    You are holding us ******* to watch your ads. It is wrong - fix the password generator. Better yet, do away with it and let us be responsible for our own privacy.

    I can't function with this new format.. so many things have changed... too much of a learning curve, you have put my business at a standstill with not being able to use email the way I was able to use with the old version... PLEASE GET US RETURNED TO THE OLD VERSION!!!

    Go back to previous may of presenting email or give users the option, You should give these creators something else to do. This move is useless, I see you losing many customers.

    Why have you imposed this new format on us, I hate it, I changed it back to old format the first time you changed it, I cannot find how to now. Whose brilliant idea was this, sack them

    There is not one thing good about being forced to the new format! I tried switching to the classic and had zero ability to function or find what I needed to find.... WTH is wrong with you as a company, why when I was asked and responded that I wanted to stay with the original version am I being forced to now use this piece of.... not being able to open more than one mail at a time is problematic (at best), not being able to set font size is beyond problematic, it keeps me from function in my business emails where size matters ( I often need to change font size inside one email when ordering products that are personalized). from reading through some of these feedbacks already sent, I am not the only one.

    The more code you put in the system -- the longer it takes to read the mail. Prefer the older version of the mail system. AND the more chances for serious failures!!!!
