Please go back to Classic email. Why do you mess with what is already good? I do not have the time or interest for you to experiment on.
Stop using this format. Take a step back and fix your mistakes.

I agree with all the complaints about AOL Mail!! I've been paying for Ad Free E mail and seems my complaints are not even handled or taken care of! I will be detaching my paid AOL in 2 weeks if AOL keeps ignoring my requests not to charge me and keep showing me ads!!

Some 25 year old has decided to clean up AOL and give it a new look. Jazz it up! They've Jazzed it up to the point that it's not anything like the old AOL. Those still using AOL have stayed with AOL because they like the format. Even though business associates, friends and neighbors may scoff at the idea that it's not trendy. It's not trendy, however those of us on AOL have stuck with you for a reason. We just like the format. I have gmail, I have my own server. I use AOL more than the other two. But perhaps now is the time to change and be hip! AOL, I'm sorry you may find out that a great many of your loyal customers will start abandoning you just over the format! Shame on you for not changing back!

Not only does a group address not work, but AOL added a name to the list that I can't remove.
Who's idea was it to "fix" something that wasn't broken?

The thing I can't stand about is the lack of a whole print, with half of the content missing. I have to send a letter to Hammonton Police, but it wont send right, or print properly. I'm always getting screwed by you, and I can't understand why you won't a whole page print. This is a legal document. I should never given up the classic screen, and you won't change. All of you should get the pox!

I am paying $17.44 a month for AOL email. Now, I have to wade through hundreds of ads in order to read my mail. This is a money grab for current customers. Is there any way I can stop these ads? I want to keep my AOL, but am unwilling to pay another $5 (almost) a month to stop something you have chosen to force onto me. I already have a gmail account, but I don't want to use gmail exclusively. Please don't make me leave AOL after all these years.

Please go back. And one of the awful things is every thing is in bold. It is not possible to distinguish new emails from the old ones and the new format is ugly and uncomfortable

I sent out an email to 30 recipients (created the list); one of them being me. After several minutes of not receiving that email in my Inbox, I called one of the persons to find out if she received it and the answer was 'yes'. So, why did it not show up in my Inbox?
I seriously consider returning to the classic mail. It's
been a pain to say the least to edit contact lists in the new version. -

Even the old version display format has changed for the worse. I prefer to have an opened email in a separate window. Either version of the display is much more difficult than the earlier version. I am seriously thinking of just changing my email service.
