On my iphone when I get junk spam email if I selected block sender it used to show me the actual email address from the sender so I could verify it was spam. Now it does not do that and only shows me the same thing that shows up in the email screen. Why did you remove this feature? I need that back, please stop fixing things that are not broken.

I dislike this format immensely. I can't stand seeing my messages in such LARGE letters. Go back to the old format.

Why am I being asked to PAY for ad-free AOL.... when I already pay a monthly fee...???

As of Feb 19th, suddenly I cannot sort my Aol mail DRAFTS alphabetically. WHY? This makes my life so much more difficult and time-consuming.

Your "Sorting your emails from your folders has never been easier in AOL Mail" is 180 degrees from the truth now. What a ****-show! Just STOP with "fixing" that which didn't need to be fixed! FFS!

Please go back to Classic email. I would have made Gmail my primary if I didn't have so many @verizon.net address's to fix. You have created a POS.

I loathe the nasty mess you keep making with the AOL software changes. I want to be able to directly access AOL gold as I have done for years. Right now it appears I'm on something called "uservoice". I am 80 years old, so your computer terms mean nothing to me. I am very likely to figure out how to never use your websites. There are many of us elders who use facebook and the internet to be in touch with family, friends etc. We have $ and time. That's a very large market you ought to figure out how to tap into by giving us what we tell you works for us. We speak "Human". We do not speak "Computer". And we are busy in the real world not stuck on some keyboard/fake internet world.

Worst email provider in recorded history! Constantly having to verify before signing in. Email failing to work properly with "keep as new" function failing..I will have to switch email providers soon, but hate to after all these years...

I receive my new mail. But why do I keep getting the yesterdays, a week ago mail? I reviewed my emails and delete what I don't want but every day I can yesterdays mail and a week ago mail which I don't want. All I want is new mail, the old mail is in the old mail folder I don't need to have the old mail come up when I get new mail. How can I stop having the old mail coming up with my new mail. I have been a long time AOL user and it was great until you changed to getting the old mail with new mail. is there a way I can stop getting old mail, and just leave it in the old mail folder? Two days ago I noticed I cannot forward emails, what is going on?

I do not know how this changed and I cant figure out how to revert to default mail. Ive had this account for years and am just about through trying to get it back to normal

Please AOL & YAHOO - Fix this "NO INTERNET" error that keeps on happening on my mail boxes - It works fine for 10 minutes then I get this "No Internet" error at the top of the mailbox page but the whole of my internet is fine - All other sites work 100% - IT IS ONLY AOL AND YAHOO THAT SAY I HAVE NO INTERNET ***WHEN I DO !!!*** - THIS IS BONKERS ! :( :( :( :(

Suddenly, the right side has a huge initial J which I did not want and do not need. I NEED to be able to print a form & I suddenly can not ( since this huge J initial appeared in the right column). PLEASE STOP CHANGING THE FORMAT. I need what I had.

Whatever aol has done - NOW - has made it impossible to download a critical form I need.

The ads to the right ***** up my reading my mail. It freezes up everything and makes Something needs to be done. trying to read my mail extremely frustrating! This issue started a month ago! Something needs to be done!

That's horrendous! I had something like that happen years ago when had to get new computer and all emails disappeared. AOL staff were able to get back the lost emails (which like you was for decades use) but no order and includes all the spam trashed. Was little nightmare. Now they need to improve in today's current generation. Crossing fingers you'll get everything back

i switched from Paid Aol to free and they dumped everything in my inbox. I was told after working for 2 hours with some rep and got 30 days back I lost 2000 emails including reservation confirmations to IRS documents. Was told give it 48 hours some came back 99% did not. then told give it a week well Still nothing

AOL is just declining embarrassingly.
Loved it for decades, but in past year, it starts getting worse.

1) Please go back to old setting when you REPLY, so that all of the info on the previous emails are included with the Name/Time/Addresses/Subject

You changed it to a short phrase showing none of this, so when you review or save files, you don't have the info!

2) Android, when you are reading an email, you took away the choice to keep it in NEW EMAIL (no choice to do so, when you used to until past few months; such a bother. Bring it back).

3) ADS: When a number of us are ridiculously paying monthly for AOL, you add ADS that are the most distracting things, driving us crazy. So bothersome. Never interested and just burden as often accidently click on when trying to gather certain emails. This is really unfair and greedy.
