Please go back to Classic email. Why do you mess with what is already good? I do not have the time or interest for you to experiment on.
Stop using this format. Take a step back and fix your mistakes.

AOL has a serious issue with scammers. I receive tons of spam messages each day from newsletter@domain... They have done zero, zip, nada to stop them. Essentially AOL does NOT CARE!

I don't know of this is the best comment area to register two suggestions - any way here they are.
1) Fraudulent ads. This evening I responded to an ad for CBD gummies developed by EIon Musk. In attempting to order the smallest quantity of gummies, a response came back that my card was not accepted, please enter another card generating another response that the card was not accepted. Within a very short time attempts were made to withdraw over $200 from each account. You'd need a protocol in place to ID these attempts at fraud as well to prevent the perps from ever advertising their scams on your site again and even better to set up a collaborative to drive the crooks from using the web to carry out their crimes--a couple of years in jail for the first offence. AI should be able to generate the software to block offshore crooks from their ability from accessing the US web markets. -

They insist being just like every other email service, Gmail, Yahoo and etc. AOL was the best, not now!

Get rid of these ads or I will switch to another free email. I should and will not pay you to not run annoying ads while I am on the Internet. It interrupted a business Zoom meeting I was on. I am unhappy. I have been an AOL member since the beginning, but this is ridiculous. Please restore my regular email.

I totally agree! Why is AOL emulating the other email providers? They had an unique product that worked and was well liked by almost every user! AOL return to what user's want...

Changes totally disorientate my daily use of mail which is unacceptable. I already had a personal sorting system which is quick and uncomplicated. Also, my first name is appearing on sent emails which I do not agree to and need to remove. Your unwanted changes have caused me anxiety, wasted valuable time and cost money consulting my tech adviser.

Go back in time. I hate the newer formats. AOL has gone down the tubes. Why do you hire people to change things when it was perfect in the1980s. Dumb. I've been with you since you opened shop. Forty years later...AOL stinks.

And now I don't get my important newsletters, but I do get a ton of spam! And I get spam with the same address that I tagged as spam! AOL is not the same anymore!!!

Could not agree more. The entire new version is awful. So much worse than classic AOL. My impoirtant emails go into SPAM. I cannot search bACK for older emails. I am so frustrated with this. I thought I would get used to it in time but that is not the case

Adds do not allow the printing of full original emails. Thus, extortion for add free emails???? Come on.
