Plus I don't get all of my emails that I'm suppose to get. AOL has decided to not send them. This feedback is useless because AOL doesn't read them. If they did they would do something about it!

I agree. AOL Classic is better than this new version.

Nothing good is included in this new mail format go back to the old mail or at least give us that option

I am 71 years old i want the old email and don't need all these ads. I can't afford anything you are trying to sale. I might have to go and find another email to use.

Your company has screwed up a good thiing. If you don't change it back I'm going to slowly start using Gmail and cancel your service.

I want my old AOL back. This new look and the way it works is horrible. I've been with AOL since the beginning. I'm considering canceling if you don't go back or give us the option to.

I don't get emails I have called support team 3 times they can't fix it, I have aol for 20 years. some mails get through spam mail comes in new mail I was paying 11.99 recently cHANGED PLAN TO LOWER. WHATS GOING ON????

really tired of having to get codes whenever i try to sign in to get my e-mail! the two factor thing is already off, but every time i sign into the account, i have to get a code. then, they said they sent the code to the mail i couldn't get into! had to jump through hoops to get my phone number accepted just to get the freaking code!

1, The added panel on the right clutters up the screen.
2. How can I increase font size in emails? I can barely read the present font.

This UI is SO slow, buggy and incredibly awful compared to the simple basic original AOL format that was a joy to use.
I left Gmail as they created a nightmare email experience... looks like AOL is now another dud service because you folks just can't leave anything alone!

Each email flashes up in huge letters in a separate box, & I can't get back to the list! This is shite.

Quit making it so hard to switch back to classic AOL mail. You are sneaky about users clicking on but make it hard to switch back. Correct this or I'm gone .
