Stop using this format. Take a step back and fix your mistakes.

    i agree, let's go back to Classic Email. People are not able to open my emails, why?
    It was much simpler and easier to use.

    You kept, but stopped communication on original mail. You made a new one that would not work. I need my old emails to work because it has legal documents that I need. I’m lease respond, and I’ll see if I can read it.

    The old E mail was simple. I don't have any state secrets. to put out. I just want to coverse one at a time or several at a time MISS - Make It Simple Stupid

    I agree! wth now I can't do anything on my email. I have changed passwords and deleted cookies and I still can't delete any mail or access my account info. why **** with something that worked. Now I have to email everyone. I use this email, and I'm going to go with a different email. Thanks, AOL you SUCK! It only seems to be when using Chrome. what is up with that?

    WHY did AOL change the email format??? AND the new pictures for the top of the email page are the ugliest I've seen! GO back to the previous format/pictures

    Trying to use your new format, but I can readily add a contact but cannot readily delete an old contact....what's up with that!

    Why make the email login process more complicated. Have to do a lot more clicks to get to email with this latest update. And Sign Out doesn't. If I sign out of an account and try to go back to mail.aol.com to log in with a different account, it re-displays the inbox of the account I JUST SIGNED OUT OF. I have multiple Verizon email accounts that I use for different purposes. It's now much more difficult to switch accounts.

    What a **** layout for my email ! This is change for changes sake no doubt devised by some nerd with nothing else to do. Seriously thinking of switching to Gmail. Being American i thought AOL would adhere to that old US saying ....if it aint broke don't fix it .

    What the genem happened to AOL mail? This morning it was fine. Tonight it looks like PFY who learned to code on a playstation designed it. Get rid of the new format.

    Although I have certain email addresses in my contact list, lately, since so called improvements were implemented, emails coming from these addresses are being automatically sent to my SPAM folder causing me to miss important messages. How do I ensure that these email do not go to Spam? It used to be easy, now for some reason (I assume the great improvements recently implemented) it is becoming more and more difficult to use AOL mail and very time consuming.

    Change it back to the old system. AOL have been gathering feedback for over a year. Non positive. What is wrong with the people that run AOL ?

    I had a lot less spam with the old AOL! Please return it to normal or I will cancel!
