How can we improve AOL Mail?

No mail is coming into my account.

I am not receiving any e-mail into my account and I had block on but change to not anything being blocked?

Nothing is coming into my account and I do not have "block" one. Why is this happening? Guess I may have to change accounts to something beside AOL.
