DON'T PROMOTE SIGNING UP FOR PREMIUM SERVICES TO ADDRESS A PROBLEM AOL CAUSED
AOL deleted a decades old e-mail address that I useddaily because it determined the address was inactive. Although customer service was polite they kept saying they could only do so much unless I signed up for premium services. I had to sign up again that e-mail doesn't work. Fortunately the old address is on my phone but it's less convenient.
